Your satisfaction matters to us - here's how our refund process works

Refund Eligibility

At DigitalConnectPlus, we understand that sometimes our services might not meet your expectations. We've created this comprehensive refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness for all our customers in the Philippines and beyond.

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Service was not delivered within the agreed timeframe due to technical issues on our end
  • You experienced significant technical difficulties that prevented access to paid services for more than 48 hours
  • Duplicate charges were processed on your account
  • You cancelled within 72 hours of initial purchase and have not accessed premium content
  • Our service failed to meet the specific deliverables outlined in your service agreement

Important Notice

Refunds are not available for services that have been fully delivered and accessed, or for subscription renewals after the 72-hour initial purchase window. Digital products and budget planning consultations that have been completed are also non-refundable.

How Your Refund Request is Processed

Contact our support team with your refund request and relevant details. Include your transaction ID and reason for the refund request.

Our team reviews your request within 2-3 business days. We may contact you for additional information if needed.

Decision Notification

You'll receive an email notification about our decision. If approved, we'll initiate the refund process immediately.

Payment Processing

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Payment Method Specific Information

The time it takes for your refund to appear depends on your original payment method:

  • Credit Cards: 3-5 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 1-2 business days after processing
  • Bank Transfers: 5-7 business days after processing
  • Digital Wallets: 2-4 business days after processing
  • Local Philippine Payment Methods: 3-10 business days depending on provider

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, we may offer partial refunds rather than full refunds. This typically applies when you've used a portion of the service or when there are extenuating circumstances that don't qualify for a complete refund.

Partial refunds are calculated based on the unused portion of your service and the time remaining in your subscription period. We'll clearly explain the calculation in our response to your refund request.

Subscription Cancellations

Cancelling your subscription prevents future charges but doesn't automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. You'll retain access to services until the end of your current billing cycle.
